"You", "your" and "yours" means the person(s) accessing The Box.

"We", "us" and "our" means the Osteology Foundation.

Whilst we try to ensure that The Box is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason The Box is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to The Box may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

7. LIABILITY

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue our services, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or services, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.

Neither we, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering The Box, will be liable for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party including without limitation any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, whether in tort, contract or otherwise (including without limitation negligence) in connection with: your use, inability to use or the results of use of The Box, any websites linked to The Box or the material on such websites; or any amount or kind of loss or damage including without limitation any loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data, or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing The Box or your downloading of any Material from The Box or any websites linked to The Box.

8. REGISTRATION

Before you are able to access registered-users areas you must read through these Terms and Conditions and accept them. To register you need to provide a verifiable email address, and complete the required fields on the registration form. Once you have done this we will send you a confirmation.

9. ELIGIBILITY

Use of our The Box is intended for professionals in the field of oral regeneration, aged 18 and over. By using The Box you warrant that: all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; you will maintain the accuracy of this information; your use does not violate any applicable law or regulation; you are 18 years of age or older; and you are a professional working in the field of oral regeneration, or you are somehow connected projects, for which you have to access this page (e.g. agencies, assistants, professional partners, etc.). We reserve the right to terminate your membership without warning if we believe that you violate any of these rules.

10. USERNAME AND PASSWORDS

By registering, you promise to keep your password secret and not to disclose or share it with anyone. If you believe that someone else may have access to or know your password you must immediately change it.

11. SUBMISSION OF CONTENT

As a Registered User you may post or upload Your Content to The Box as long as you comply with our Content Standards (see below) and Terms and Conditions. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use Your Content on The Box.

This excludes Content that you submit when applying for an Osteology Grant. All grant application will be treated confidentially, and only the reviewers and administrative staff necessary for the reviewing process will have access to the Content submitted.

You guarantee that Your Content:

You agree that before posting or uploading Your Content you are responsible for obtaining all releases, consents and/or licenses necessary for uploading Your Content on our Website and for any subsequent use of that content by us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You promise that you are the person depicted in any images or recordings submitted as part of Your Content and if you upload any images or recordings of any third party, you have obtained the prior written consent of that party to submit such content to The Box.

• does not infringe any copyright, trademarks, rights of privacy/confidentiality, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity;
• does not contain any information about any person(s) unless you have permission from them;
• does not contain malicious code, viruses or other harmful programs or material;
• does not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation; and
• meets our Content Standards (see below).

12. CONTENT STANDARDS

You agree whenever you submit Your Content to our Website or contact other users you must comply with our Content Standards.

You agree Your Content must be accurate where it states facts and be genuinely held where it states opinions.

You agree Your Content must not:

• contain any material which constitutes or encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law;
